The MGM Grand Complex, forming a circular tower configuration with a rotating solar shade screen occupies a prominent position in the redevelopment of the Mina Zayed Waterfront. The design combines three hotel brands of MGM, a conference center, retail space, and four luxury boutique residential apartments branded by MGM.
