Consolidation of the Oncology Group into an 800 person office building. The building configuration is a double helix of contiguous floorplates that rise 30 inches for every 50' x 50' module, connected by a contiguous 5% ramp from the ground to the top floor.
This workplace, intended to create a long floorplate for group collaboration, can provide a 800 person working group. These modules wrap around a 5 story atrium with a complete glass skylight over the top with perforated solar cell panels custom built to meet advanced Swiss energy codes.
Amenity conference rooms, meeting spaces, and pantries all hang from the box-beam structure at the top of the building which also serves as a structural return-air duct.
