Renovation of the Vanderbuilt family townhome on Fifth Avenue, identified as a historic register building. Versace rebranded and gut-renovated the building to create a luxury experience. The use of different types of glass in the fixtures uses the unusual properties where typically reflective until internally illuminated becomes clear.
